Who runs this site
This website is operated by Arete Solutions FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Aivy Academy (“Aivy”, “we”). Contact: beshr@aivy.ae.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share the pages of this site. The text, illustrations, logos and code are owned by Arete Solutions FZCO or used under licence and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve a place, and it does not commit you to enrol. We will message you about free Open Build sessions, dates and the programmes, and you can leave the waitlist at any time by replying “stop” on WhatsApp, by replying to any email we send, or by emailing us.
Open Build sessions
An Open Build session is a free 60-minute group session for children with a parent or guardian present. Places are limited and offered to waitlist families first. We may change or cancel a session; if we do, we will tell you as early as we can and offer another date.
Enrolment
Enrolment is not yet open. Before it opens we will publish the enrolment terms, which will cover fees and payment, the money-back window after the first session, cancellation by you and by Aivy, missed sessions and make-ups, class sizes and schedule changes, safeguarding and conduct, equipment, who owns the work students make, photo and media consent, and how to complain. The prices and policies shown on this site are those we intend to apply and may change before enrolment opens.
Accuracy
We are pre-launch. Term and camp dates are shown as “coming soon” until confirmed, venues are confirmed per term, and we describe programmes as we plan to run them. We will keep this site accurate and correct errors when we find them.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
