Refunds and cancellations

The short version

If your child is not enjoying it after the first session of a term, you get your money back. After that, there are no refunds, but missed sessions can be made up. We never sell single sessions, and camps are sold by the week.

Terms

• A term is one level: ten weekly sessions that build one project. We do not sell drop-in sessions.
• Money back after session one: tell us before the second session and we refund everything you paid for that term.
• After the first session there are no refunds for the term. A missed session can be made up in another cohort when there is space, and comes with a catch-up pack.
• A cohort runs with at least six children enrolled. If a cohort does not reach six, we offer another cohort or a full refund of anything paid.
• If we cancel a session, we reschedule it or refund that session’s share of the term fee.

Camps

• Camps are sold by the week. Every camp builds to a Friday showcase, so there are no day passes.
• Cancel seven days or more before the camp starts for a full refund. After that, a missed day cannot be refunded, but we will do our best to offer a place in a later camp.

The founding-family deposit

The deposit that locks the founding-family rate is credited to your first term. If we do not run a cohort you can join, it is refunded in full.

Discounts

One discount applies per enrolment, the largest one. A refund of a discounted term is a refund of what you paid.

How to ask

Email beshr@aivy.ae or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 516 0019 with your name and your child’s age band. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from within ten working days.
